Ludogorets will start their winter preparations on January 5. Due to the shorter duration of the training camp in Belek, as well as the team’s commitments in the Europa League at the end of January, the squad will gather directly in Turkiye. Part of the Ludogorets group will travel from Sofia to Antalya tomorrow (January 4) on a regular flight at 8:15 a.m.
On Turkish soil, the champions will play two friendly matches – against Hungary’s Paksi on January 11 and against Poland’s Rakow on January 14. The matches are scheduled for 5:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Bulgarian time, respectively.
The training camp in Turkiye ends on January 20, when the team will fly directly from Antalya to Glasgow. In the Scottish city, Ludogorets will face Rangers in a match from the 7th round of the main phase of the Europa League. The game at Ibrox is on January 22 at 8:00 p.m. local time (10:00 p.m. Bulgarian time).
