The champions of the U17 elite group Ludogorets rout Loko Pd 6:0 and achieved new record. The players of Yuri Vasev and Angel Karaivanov passed the 100 goal barrier in the league and now they have 101, conceding 23 goals. The 100th goal was scored by the captain Tsvetoslav Petrov. The others who added their names to the goal sheet in the rout against the team from Plovdiv were Stanislav Valchev, who scored a hat-trick, Erol Dost and Lachezar Kovachev.
After the game Ludogorets U17, as well as the management of the youth team, were awarded with the gold medals and the title, which they won after the victory against Levski on Monday.
“Our team was definitely the best in the group and the title was well deserved. There are some very talented boys in the squad, which we will develop. I will be happy if I see them one day in the A team”, commented the Director of the Youth Academy, Yavor Paparkov.
