Ludogorets will wear special retro outfits during the last home game this season. The Ludogorets vs Levski game is scheduled for July 8th.
Ludogorets will wear special retro outfits during the last home game this season. The Ludogorets vs Levski game is scheduled for July 8th. The players, the coaches, and the club management will receive their gold medals after the match. The shirts, the shorts, and the socks are exact replicas of the ones used in 1945 when the club was founded. The L letter over a yellow background is how the original outfit looked like. The same design was used for a couple of decades, according to the archives. It was also used in 1964 when Lev Yashin and his team Dinamo (Moscow) played in Razgrad (see the black and white photo).
PFC Ludogorets has a few surprises for all the fans. A limited supply of 75 retro outfits will be available for purchase next week. They will feature the names of all the important team players over the course of 75 years.
