Ludogorets defeated Wisla with a 2:0 score. The first trial game in Belek was also Pavel Vrba’s unofficial debut as the new coach. Vrba arranged an unusual team formation, including the new player Cauly Oliveira.

“The Eagles” took the lead in the 5th minute when Tawatha sent the ball to Bakalov who passed to Swierczok. The Polish player scored easily. The score almost became even in the 18th minute after Uruga tried to score, but Iliev saved spectacularly.

The second goal was scored in the 27th minute. Tawatha passed to Swierczok who immediately returned the ball to the Israeli player. Tawatha scored without hesitation.

Swierczok had the chance to add a third goal but he sent the ball above the crossbar. Tawatha passed to Cauly in the last minutes of the first half and the Brazilian sent the ball straight into the arms of the Wisla keeper. Bakalov created an attack and Tchibota eventually got in control of the ball. He tried to score and he almost succeeded, as the ball made a ricochet and passed only a meter out of the right gate beam.

Vrba replaced all eleven players for the second half. Vladislav Stoyanov was able to guard the gate for the first time after three years of recovery which was the great news.

Jorginho attempted a goal but the keeper caught the ball. Stoyanov saved a goal in the 68th minute.
