Interview 23 August 2021

Dambrauskas: We have nothing to lose and we want the gold

“I want the maximum and we will not settle for silver. We want the gold.

“I want the maximum and we will not settle for silver. We want the gold. We learned our lessons and we are now the home team. The plan is clear – we will attack since the first minute. I think we have worked hard enough for success. I want the fans to support us as they should. We are positive for the outcome. We have our chances. Reaching the playoffs is a success but dropping out now would be disappointing. We have the last step ahead of us. We like the fact that the fans try to support us. There is a tactical match ahead and we need to show a different face. We never thought that we were underestimated. We start with nothing now and we have nothing to lose, but they do and we need to make it uncomfortable for them. I want a magical night”, the coach said.
