The leader of First division – Ludogorets, made a wrong step on the way to the title. In the A PFG’s 18th round the Eagles couldn’t win over the new addition to First division – Pirin (Gotse Delchev). The match at Ludogorets Arena ended 1-1.
The guests from Gotse Delchev started the scoring after their first dangerous attack towards Ludogorets’s goal. In the 17th minute Mario Bliznakov left Vladislav Stoyanov helpless, taking a ground kick from the penalty box line. By the end of the half-time Ivaylo Petev’s boys tried everything, but in spite of their utter supremacy they couldn’t even the score.
At the beginning of the second part the captain of Ludogorets Emil Gargorov joined the game, however, they kept missing Abdi Abdikov’s goal. In the 87th minute the Champions finally managed to draw after a goal by Alexandre Barthe. He took advantage of the goalkeeper’s bad clearing and netted for 1-1.
