Ludogorets’ first winter transfer is a fact. The negotiations with the elite Brazilian team Seara for the wing Rick Jonathan are now complete. The Carioca successfully passed the medical examinations and then signed his contract. Rick Jonathan, who will receive number 73 in Ludogorets, will join the camp in Turkey in January 2022. His unofficial debut wearing the green shirt will be during preseason trial matches during preparatory camp at Belek Resort. The 22-year-old Brazilian was part of the schools of Boca Junior and Gremio. His professional career includes his time in Seara. Last season, Rick scored six goals in 28 matches, one of which against the Copa Libertadores Flamengo finalist. "My transfer to Ludogorets is a big step forward in my career. The team is very well known in Brazil for both my compatriots who have already joined the club and for their successes in Europe. My dream is to play in the Champions League," commented Jonathan.
