Ludogorets managed to complete a transfer hit and attracted the Romanian national football team captain

Ludogorets was able to make a real hit with the first foreign player transfer for this summer. Dragos Grigore, one of the captains of the Romanian national football team, signed his contract with the seven times champion. The center-back will join the team’s training session on the 7th of June in Smolyan.

Dragos Grigore is a resident player in Romania’s national football team and has 33 matches on his account. He had a key role for the team during the European Championship in France two years ago, where Romania was in the same group with France, Albania and Switzerland.

Grigore’s career began in Timisoara, and in 2008 he joined Dinamo (Bucharest), where he played in 135 games and a total of six seasons; he was able to score nine goals. After that he moved to the French team of Toulouse, where he played in 27 games.

The player has been a part of Al Sailiya since 2015, where he played in 65 games and has five goals on his account.

PFC Ludogorets was able to conclude another transfer before this one as well – the midfielder Dimo Bakalov returned to the club. He was part of the team during the time when the first championship title was achieved, and he was the player who scored the first goal for the team in the A-group in a game against Beroe, which the champions won with a 2:1 score.

PFC Ludogorets will announce later when the two players will be officially introduced.
