After a strong performance last year, young talents from the Ludogorets Academy have once again been invited to take part in the prestigious international youth tournament “Football Friends.” The event is traditionally held in the town of Foca, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and its 19th edition will take place from July 25 to 27.

Ludogorets U18 players, born in 2008 and 2009, will participate in the tournament. They will represent the “Eagles” under the guidance of coaches Hristo Zlatinski and Milen Marinov. The team will face strong international opponents, including Red Star Belgrade (Serbia), Universitatea (Romania), Vojvodina Novi Sad, Vardar Skopje, Buducnost Podgorica, Zeljeznicar Sarajevo, and Sutjeska Foca (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

The young football talents from the Ludogorets Academy earned their invitation to this international sporting event thanks to their impressive showing in last year’s tournament. Due to their dedication, skill, and overall performance, Ludogorets finished the previous edition as the only team that did not concede a single goal and ultimately secured second place in the final.
