The youngest football players of Ludogorets managed to accumulate the energy of dozens of sympathizers with the cause to help two sick children from Razgrad. A lot of emotions and a positive charge were brought by the meetings on the football field between the children, which most of all inspired hope, faith and courage to the family of Kristislava and Misho, who suffer from Cerebral Palsy.

The balance after the two-day charity tournament in aid of the treatment of the two children is BGN 4 400. All those working in Ludogorets - coaches, club employees and managers - united.

The two days the children kicked a ball not to win something for themselves, but to give wings to the siblings and show them that they are not alone in the difficult battle. The tournament turned into a real football celebration, and the Eagles involved in their mission 6 more teams from the country, who traveled to Eagles' Nest complex to show that together they are stronger.

The 11-year-old Eagles of Svetlio Ivanov and the youngest 9-year-old players, led by Hristos Dokov, performed on the field. In the competition for children born in 2013, the boys from Ludogorets became the winners. Their strong play in both attack and defense saw them win the tournament convincingly, recording only wins without conceding a goal in their own net. They beat Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa) with 1:0, Spartak (Varna) with 2:0, and in the final they prevailed with a decisive 5:0 against Trakiya (Plovdiv). "I am satisfied with what was shown on the field, with the boys' game. I thank everyone who came to support the charitable cause", commented the coach of the 11-year-old Eagles, Svetlio Ivanov.

The team from Trakiya (Plovdiv) placed second, who traveled four hours to participate in the charity edition of the tournament. Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa) finished in third place, players from Sevlievo came fourth, Dunav (Ruse) finished fifth and Spartak (Varna) finished sixth.

In the tournament for 9-year-old children, the players, coached by Hristos Dokov, beat Spartak (Varna) 5:3. They suffered two losses – 2:4 against Dunav (Ruse) and 2:5 against Botev (Plovdiv). However, the final ranking was irrelevant. Cups and medals were replaced by the joy and satisfaction that everyone together helped children in need.

Huge thanks to the teams that lent a hand for the realization of the "Let's help Misho and Kristi together" tournament, Svetlio Ivanov personally sends, as well as the entire team of Ludogorets.
