The boys from the elite team of Ludogorets U17 ran over their opponents from Progresul (Bucharest) with 8:0. The friendly meeting was the penultimate of the Eagles' winter camp and was held on one of the grounds in the Eagle's Nest complex.
Although the players of Progresul are older in age than those from Ludogorets, our boys did not leave them a chance to demonstrate their experience on the field. The match was played in three halves, two of which were 45 minutes long and the last one was 30 minutes long. This gave all the green players a chance to get into the game.
In the first part Ludogorets U17 scored two accurate shots. Elisey Sarov and Ismet Hasan scored with an accurate aim in the goal of Progresul.
The second half revealed excellent opportunities to drastically increase Ludogorets' lead. The score increased with 5 more goals. Christian Manushev was accurate for his team twice. Elisei Sarov, Nasko Yanev and Dimitar Mrnkov also added goals.
During the third part of the match, the players of Ludogorets created more scoring situations. A new goal by Kristiyan Manushev led to the formation of the final 8:0, who completed his hat trick.
"I am satisfied with the performance of the team, it is clear that every player wants to prove himself", commented the head coach of Ludogorets U17 Martin Tsirkov.
In their last control of the winter training the elite team of the Razgrad club will face Fratria (Varna).
