The head coach of Ludogorets – Stanislav Genchev, and the scorer Kiril Despodov spoke at a press conference prior to the Royal Antwerp match.

“We need to win points and I’m sure that we will play in a different manner. Our goal is to play quality football and to save the team’s honor. The tension should be entirely on Royal Antwerp’s account. We don’t have anything to lose”, said the two.

Genchev commented about the team’s confidence: “We are back in shape and we have almost all the players at our disposal – only two of them are missing”.

“Royal Antwerp has a main strong point – their distinctive style of play. We need to be careful with them. They organize strong attacks”, Genchev added.

“I am healthy and I will give all I’ve got tomorrow. I was injured which reflected on my training but I am doing what I can to be in top shape”, explained Despodov.

“The competitors feel more tension and we need to be motivated. We have the advantage of not having anything to lose. Both teams have classy players and we could win”, the player added.
