Ludogorets finalized one of their biggest transfers for the new season. The talented Israeli championship playmaker Dan Biton is already a part of the club. The management of Ludogorets and Biton’s now former club Ashdot made all the arrangements for the transfer to be completed and all that is left is for Biton to be officially introduced. This will happen on the 11th of June at a press conference in the ‘Tsarsko Selo’ hotel in Sofia. The other new recruit Mavis Tchibota will also be introduced. He came from the Israeli Cup winner Bnei Yehuda.

The Ludogorets scouts paid close attention to the midfielder’s performance during the last few months and after they discussed it with the coach Stoycho Stoev, the club management decided to start negotiating the transfer from Ashdot. A few other European and Israeli clubs also wanted to sign a contract with Biton, but he chose Ludogorets.

The midfielder performed great during the last season and scored six goals in a total of 34 games as part of Ashdot.

Biton has played for Hapoel Beer Sheva as well.
