Ludogorets U16 achieved an even 1:1 score against Akademija Pandev in a trial game in Petrich, where the team is currently on training camp.
The Macedonians performed better on the rough terrain during the first half and they scored a goal in the 26th minute when one player managed to score on his second try. Pemperski scored soon after that but the goal was canceled because of an arguable offside situation.
Ludogorets played better in the second half and made the score even in the 53rd minute when Pemperski reached the ball first and sent it just below the crossbar. There were two more situations until the end of the first half but they did not end with a goal.
‘The game was good and we tried to give our best but the terrain was soft, which is why there were a lot of physical encounters. I am happy that the players showed their spirit’, said the coach Ivo Gradev after the game.
