Ludogorets achieved their first win for the year. They defeated Honved with a 4:2 score. Three days ago the champions lost 1:3 to Botosani, which was the first game of the year. Honved is 4th overall in the Hungarian championship.

The game began with a minute of silence in memory of Ivan Vutsov. Two goal situations followed. Grof saved an attempt by Natanael and Marcelinho missed the gate after that. The Hungarians took the lead in the 8th minute after Tischler received a nice pass from Holender, but there was an offside situation. Ludogorets had the right to a penalty shot in the 11th minute after Shkvortz fouled Cicinho and knocked him down. Moti was accurate and made the score even. Just five minutes later Marcelinho passed to Natanael who sent the ball to Keseru. The Romanian scored the second goal for Ludogorets. Natanael tried his luck in the 23rd minute but Grof saved. Ludogorets added a third goal in the 33rd minute. Lukoki passed to Popa who sent a powerful shot and Grof was not able to save.

Antoni Zdravkov changed all the players in the half time. Plamen Iliev made his unofficial debut. Honved added a second goal in the 56th minute. Kukos passed to Cipf and the 17-year-old attacker scored with his head. Wanderson had the chance to score in the 68th minute from the foul point and Anicet made an attempt but he sent the ball out. Paulo also tried to score a goal in the 79th minute but the keeper was able to save. A minute later Wanderson passed to Sasha and then the ball went to Swierczok who scored easily. The same situation happened in the 85th minute but the keeper saved this time, as well as Paulo’s attempt to score five minutes after that.
