Ludogorets won over Slavia – 2:0

Ludogorets won against Slavia 2:0. Jakub Piotrowski and Rwan Cruz scored, and Svetoslav Vutsov hit the post twice. With the success, the Eagles again pulled 7 points ahead of second-placed Botev Plovdiv.

Slavia could have taken the lead in the 9th minute. Then, Kristiyan Balov took a corner kick, no one in the penalty area played with the ball and it was heading dangerously towards the net when Edvin Kurtulus crossed it. Rick Jhonathan followed with a shot, but it went straight into the hands of Svetoslav Vutsov. Then the Brazilian crossed from a corner kick to Dinis Almeida, who from a very clear position did not find the target. In the 31st minute, Rick launched a dangerous counterattack, finding Kwadwo Duah. The Euro 2024 participant turned around and fired a very strong shot, which hit the post.

In the 74th minute, Rick found Caio Vidal well, who elegantly freed himself from a "white" player, but Vutsov stepped forward and knocked it out. Another big miss by the hosts followed, and this time Ivaylo Chochev was unlucky. The intrigue in the match ended in the 83rd minute. Then Aslak Fonn Witry gave a wonderful pass to Caio Vidal, and he easily found Rwan Cruz, who had entered 12 seconds earlier, and who could not make a mistake – 2:0.
