Ludogorets lost to Tottenham Hotspur again

Ludogorets lost 0:4 to Tottenham Hotspur in another match of the Europa League J group. The team’s training schedule was completely ruined in the last two weeks due to registered coronavirus cases.

The home team tried to apply pressure on the opponent from the very start. The referee gave Keseru a yellow card in the 6^th minute. Bale performed the direct free kick but he was not accurate enough. He tried to score a few minutes later but Verdon kicked the ball out. The ball made a ricochet in Grigore’s body in the 16^th minute and it reached Vinisius who scored easily. Mourinho’s players created a couple more goal situations in the following minutes. Ali had the chance to score in the 34^th minute but he passed to Vinisius who added a second goal.

Ndombele was given a yellow card as soon as the second half began. He fouled Nedyalkov. Tanganga fouled Ikoko in the 54^th minute and Despodov stood behind the ball at the direct free kick point. He was not accurate enough. Winks added another goal in the 63^rd minute after the ball ricocheted in both the crossbar and the side gate beam. Yankov made a mistake in the 73^rd minute after he slipped and Moura stole the ball. He scored the last goal in the match.

Ludogorets now has a slim chance of getting out of the group. The team has yet to win a point in the upcoming matches.
