The Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov was able to help qualify his team Vitosha (Bistritsa) for the finals after they defeated 2:1 Ludogorets. Borissov scored the first goal in the game with a very nice kick with his left foot in the upper right corner of Ludogorets’ gate. He was also able to hit the woodwork during the second half and created tension in the keeper Angel Petrichev, who is the managing director of Ludogorets. Five minutes before the end Vitosha added a second goal - Svetoslav Petrov scored after a pass from Georgi Peev. Dimitar Mutafov shaped the final score after his goal from the foul point.

The visiting team’s composition consisted of other famous names except Petrichev – Radi Zdravkov, Marin Petrov, Dimitar Mutafov, Yakov Paparkov, Hristo Gospodinov, Petar Penchev. Vitosha’s team included the ex-national football team players Georgi Peev, Svetoslav Petrov, Gosho Ginchev and Chavdar Atanasov. Borislav Georgiev is both a player and the coach. The ex-Slaviya player Nikolay Bozhov, the former CSKA and Botev (Plovdiv) player Mariyan Germanov, as well as Vitosha’s president Sergey Tashkov were also included in the team.

The winner from the semi-final game will meet Neftohimik in the tournament final on 28th of May in Stara Zagora.
