The results from the questionnaire entitled “Fans are our heart” show that there is a great interest in Ludogorets’ subscription cards.
The results from the questionnaire entitled “Fans are our heart” show that there is a great interest in Ludogorets’ subscription cards. More than half of the fans who took their time to fill in their answers have stated they will buy a club card. The club will release the cards soon.
The questionnaire featured numerous other questions as well. Fans are glad they have the chance to buy tickets before everyone else. More than 40% of them are willing to buy Ludogorets merchandise using the discount their cards guarantee. 37% expect additional discounts for purchasing more than one ticket. The rest of the fans would like to participate in games and quizzes, as well as additional exclusive information about the club. The fans also like the fact they gather points with every purchase of tickets, fan items, catering.
Fans were asked on Facebook and Instagram about the privileges they expect to have by purchasing a club subscription card. They had interesting propositions that will be taken under account, such as meeting the coach and the players, access to the training sessions of the first team, etc.
The club management would like to invite everyone to ask the questions they might have. This is how Ludogorets could be able to offer the best benefits to all subscription cardholders.
