Ludogorets will donate 111,000 leva to families in need in the Razgrad region

PFC Ludogorets will donate 111,000 leva to buy food supplies for families in need in the Razgrad region. The money will be transferred to the club following the business support program rules, also known as the 60/40 plan. The club is eligible for this kind of government support. The club owners Kiril Domuschiev and Georgi Domuschiev decided that the money should be spent to help those in need. The mayors of all towns and villages will help for the donations to reach the families who need it the most. PFC Ludogorets has always supported noble causes and campaigns. The marketing department of the club donated everything needed for the local nursing home to prepare an Easter lunch for everyone accommodated there.

The anti-crisis campaign designed by the club management is currently being applied. The players, the coaches, and the medical staff’s paychecks are reduced with 30% and all operational costs are cut to the bare minimum. Everyone will keep their job, which is why Ludogorets is eligible for the 60/40 plan. The club is a strict taxpayer and more than two million leva in salaries and pension and health fund payments have been paid since 2020 started. In 2019, this amount was approximately 6,5 million leva. The players’ paychecks are paid entirely using the club’s own budget.
