Ludogorets defeated Slavia 3-0 away in a match from the 4th round of the efbet League. The champions now have 12 points and sit at the top of the standings. Ludogorets dominated throughout the entire match and could have achieved an even more convincing victory.
Ivaylo Chochev opened the scoring in the 42nd minute. He received an excellent pass from Mounir, who managed to get past three Slavia players and set up the midfielder in an ideal position. One-on-one with the Slavia goalkeeper, Chochev sent the ball into the net with his left foot.
Eric Bille scored the second goal against Slavia in the 54th minute. The striker latched onto a fine pass from substitute Petar Stanić and beat Slavia’s keeper Andonov with a precise shot. The assistant referee initially flagged for offside, but after a VAR review the goal was awarded, as there was no offside.
The final 3-0 for Ludogorets was sealed by Petar Stanić. The Serbian finished off a brilliant counterattack with a strike following a pass from Anton Nedyalkov on the left. This was the first goal for the midfielder, who was signed from Serbian side Bačka Topola.
