The Ludogorets team Under 15 won the Elite Championship. Milen Marinov's boys finished the season as champions, with which Ludogorets won all three Elite championships in our country - among 15, 16 and 17-year-old players.
The youngest players among the three age groups deserved the title after going undefeated during the spring half-season. The team also demonstrated the best defense, as a result of which they conceded only 8 goals in 30 games played.
The Champions' juniors congratulated themselves on winning the championship after the last match for the spring division - against Kronos (Plovdiv), played at home. Residents of Razgrad underestimated their opponent and as a result the match ended in a 1:1 draw. Accurate for the Greens was Veselin Atanasov, who opened the scoring in the 7th minute after an assist from Yastiyan Georgiev. A number of goal-scoring situations opened up for the people of Razgrad, and although they dominated the field, in the first half the guests managed to realize their only opportunity, which equalized. The Eagles chased the win until the end, but they did not manage to increase the score in their favor.
"Although there was some slack from the boys today which shouldn't happen, I congratulate the team, coaching staff and management for winning the championship. The success is the result of the well-done teamwork during the season - with the help of the assistant coach Christos Dokov and the mentor of the goalkeepers Ventsislav Bogdanov", the proud head coach of Ludogorets U15 Milen Marinov spoke with appreciation.
