The third team of Ludogorets officially won the Northeast Third League and a round before the final of the championship. This happened after the draw at home, in which the Eagles recorded a 1:1 draw against their main rival for the leadership Phratria (Varna). The point won was enough for Ludogorets to become unattainable at the top with an asset of 61 points.
The match, played in the Eagles' Nest complex, was double-edged. In the first part, Ludogorets had several clean scoring situations, which remained unrealized. Unlike the Eagles, the visitors were unable to create any. However, they took the lead at the start of the second half, but the Razgrad team managed to equalize thanks to Petar Kirev.
"The players knew what was expected of them in order to keep the first place in the League and one hundred percent fulfilled the assigned tasks", commented the senior coach of the third team of Ludogorets, Emilian Petrov.
