Ludogorets will refund everyone who bought tickets for the Tottenham Hotspur and LASK matches

Due to the coronavirus restrictions in the country and the ban on sports events with audience, including the Europa League matches.

Due to the coronavirus restrictions in the country and the ban on sports events with audience, including the Europa League matches. This is why PFC Ludogorets will refund the money fans paid for the package deal tickets.

The refund procedure started on November 19th at the ticket point on Vassil Levski Str. Everyone who bought a ticket for both matches needs to bring their receipt alongside the tickets in order to be fully refunded.

This is the refund procedure order created to avoid a mass gathering in front of the ticket point.

- Subscription cardholders will be able to receive refund on November 19th and 20th;

- Fans who bought tickets for the V sector will receive their refund on November 23rd and 24th;

- Fans who bought tickets for the B sector (Moti Stand) will receive their refund on November 25th and 26th;

- Fans who bought tickets for the A, A1, and G sectors, will receive their refund on November 27th and 30th

The ticket point will be open between 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

The club would like to ask everyone to follow the schedule and guarantees that everyone who brings their receipt will receive a full refund.
