Ludogorets defeated 2:1 the second division club Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa) in a trial match. This was Olivier Verdon’s unofficial debut. There were two 40-minute half times.
Manu hit the woodwork in the 3rd minute and Tekpetey almost scored moments later. Lokomotiv took the lead in the 7th minute after Mirchev scored. Higinio and Yankov both missed a chance to score. Eventually, Ludogorets made the score even when Tekpetey outplayed Hristov and added a goal.
The tables were turned in the 52nd minute when Ikoko passed to Petrov. The young player scored easily for 2:1.
