The captain of Ludogorets signed a new contract

The team captain Svetoslav Dyakov prolonged his contract with the club. He was able to reach an agreement with management.

‘I am happy to stay here. I cannot wait for the championship to be resumed and to please the fans again with the success that we will surely have. I believe we will become champions once again’, Dyakov said.

The captain joined Ludogorets in 2011. His prior clubs include Pirin, Litex, and Lokomotiv Sofia. He has played in a total of 326 games in all tournaments. Dyakov was able to score 11 goals. He and Marcelinho are the only two current players to be part of the team during all eight championship wins.
