Ludogorets turned the tables on Beroe
Ludogorets defeated 3:1 Beroe in an action-packed game. The coach Dimitar Dimitrov returned to Razgrad once again – he is Ludogorets’ former coach.
Ludogorets defeated 3:1 Beroe in an action-packed game. The coach Dimitar Dimitrov returned to Razgrad once again – he is Ludogorets’ former coach. The win will definitely boost the team’s confidence for the upcoming game against Espanyol. This was Ludogorets’ eight win this season.
Lukoki’s goal in the beginning of the game was cancelled due to an offside. Beroe took the lead in the 6th minute when Konte scored after a pass from Eugenio. Seconds later, Keseru was held on the penalty zone border but there was no foul as a result.
Ludogorets evened the score in the 21st minute when Lukoki passed to Wanderson who scored easily. Beroe did not give up and Eugenio almost scored, but the ball missed the gate by an inch. Pernis saved a situation in the 37th minute when Wanderson almost scored. Lukoki and Wanderson had another chance to create a situation minutes later but Tsvetkov kicked the ball out.
Ludogorets allowed a huge miss in the beginning of the second half. Vasilev was faster than Keseru but Lukoki eventually received the ball. He, however, sent it out. Keseru added the second goal for the home team in the 52nd minute after he picked up the ball mid-air and diverted it into Pernis’ gate. Eugenio almost made the score even again, but the ball went outside the gate.
Wanderson received a pass from Lukoki 20 minutes before the game but Vasilev kicked the ball out once again. Alkan almost scored in the 75th minute after Zhelev passed him the ball.
Wanderson showed he was the best in the game once again in the 80th minute by passing the ball ahead for Swierczok. The Polish player made no mistake and the score became 3:1. Minchev tried to surprise the goalkeeper Iliev in the last seconds of the game but failed.
