The management of Ludogoets approved some changes that were initially announced in the beginning of October.

The Sports Administration director Georgi Karamandzhukov will also be on top of the newly assigned Selection council. He will be entirely responsible for the sports activities at PFC Ludogorets. Georgi Karamandzhukov will supervise the main team, as well as Ludogorets II and the children and youth academy.

There is still nobody assigned as Sports Director at the moment. Georgi Karamandzhukov is part of the club since February 2011. He has plenty of football management experience. He used to be the FC Rodopa (Smolyan) director for a solid 15 years, as well as the Sports Director at PFC Naftex and also the VP of the Amateur football league. He graduated with a major in Sports Management from the National Sports Academy.

Meanwhile the club management signed a contract with Ivan Tsetvkov, a well-known Bulgarian player. He will be in charge of the scout department. Tsvetkov has a successful career in The Netherlands and Turkey. He quickly gained respect after he returned to Bulgaria and played for ‘Pirin’, ‘Levski’ and ‘Botev’

The other popular name in the scout department is Yakov Paparkov. He has been the director of the Ludogorets Academy for the past years and his work resulted in a lot of success. Paparkov will also change his occupation and will be responsible for finding high-class players for the main team.

The scouts who have been working for the club until now will keep their current positions.
