As soon as the game started, the dramatic difference between the two teams’ class was clearly visible and soon proved by the score. It is fair to say the visiting team from Sliven did not hide with a defense tactic – the tried to play the game with as much effort as they can. Yuri Vasev’s boys scored the first goal in the 8th minute when Yunuz was accurate, and four minutes later the score was doubled when Lachezar Kovachev scored. Sliven managed to score with Atanasov’s goal in the 19th minute, but afterwards “The Eagles” pushed even harder and by the end of the first half the score was 7:1.

During the second half Ludogorets continued to be by far the better team on the field and were constantly attacking, which led to an impressive eight more goals. The hero of the game was Yunuz, who scored a whopping 6 goals, while Mehmed scored 3, Milkov scored 2 and Kovachev, Dost, Babaliev (penalty) and A. Dimitrov each scored one. The second goal for Sliven was scored by Bozhidar Donchev.
