Ludogorets players recorded a 1:1 draw in a match against Chernomorets (Balchik). The match of round XI in the North-Eastern Third League was played at the Eagles' Nest complex.
The young Eagles managed to take the lead through Alexander Angelov. The goal was reached after a lead pass by Martin Stanchev. The home team led the score in the second half as well, but were unable to hold on to their advantage until the final whistle. Five minutes before the end, the visitors from Balchik managed to equalize after a misunderstanding in the defense of Ludogorets III.
The juniors of the 13-time champion could have come out of the match as winners, but Petar Kirev, Nikola Georgiev and Georgi Penev missed good scoring opportunities. A header sent by Kristian Nikolov hit the crossbar.
"I am not satisfied with the performance of the team and the players purely in terms of play in both phases - attacking and defensive", said the head coach of Ludogorets III, Martin Tsirkov.
In the upcoming XII championship round, his Eagles will visit the team of the same name in Aksakovo.
