Ludogorets coach Georgi Dermendzhiev was moderately optimistic before the rematch with Servette.
"The rhythm will be different. not the meeting. As opponents, we know each other well and we hope it will be a good match. In any case, the result was good for us. The match remains 50 to 50. Servette is a very good team, well equipped, it does not stop them from playing as a guest," began Dermendzhiev.
"We have to be very smart. I think this is not enough really. The opponent is a good team, we take that into account. We have a good chance. The pitch in Geneva wasn't very good, but we don't make excuses for that. It is better in Razgrad and hopefully that will help us. It is important for us to be the ultimate winners," he added.
"Ivaylo Chochev cannot be registered. For now, all the other players are fine. I prefer the team to play evenly both at home and away. At home, at this stage, the team feels the support and has greater self-confidence," concluded Dermendzhiev.
Ludogorets right-back Aslack Von Witry was the player who played the most for the Eagles in the fall.
"Every player wants to play in the eliminations of these tournaments. We hope to go ahead, we have a good chance. We are all motivated. 0-0 is better than losing. We have beaten a lot of teams at home and we believe in ourselves. The important thing is to do things right," added the Norwegian.
"We have a good result from the first game, the pitch is better in our stadium, it can be an advantage for us. We have a lot more confidence at home, but we have to follow our game plan. We know Servette well from the first game and in the end we have to score more goals than them," he believes. "It's very special for us to play here in front of our fans. We know the pitch and we know that others are worried about playing against us in Razgrad, we feel very strong at home. Maybe the opponent will take fewer risks in the second leg," said Aslack Von Witry.
