The coach Stoev: I am worried about the artificial grass

The Ludogorets coach Stoycho Stoev and the defender Georgi Terziev took part in a press conference prior to the game against Valur. Stoev was asked about the absence of Marcelinho and Moti.

‘This will not be our first game without Marcelinho and Moti in the team. We talked about this earlier this week and I rely on the players who are currently here. They are trying to get used to here, but it’s hard because of the climate conditions. The days are long and it hardly gets dark’, Stoev said.

He also commented on the competitor.

‘Valur tries to play collectively and to organize fast attacks. The played in the same manner twice against Maribor. I am worried about the artificial grass. Everything is different – running, control of the ball. It is approved by UEFA so we must accept it. Wanderson is healthy. Every game has its significance and it is important what we do now – we must show our skills’.

Terziev is an optimist about the upcoming game.

‘We know how Valur prefers to play. I hope we are able to neutralize them. The field is different to us but I hope we can overcome that. I don’t think we will underestimate the competitor. This is an important game and we need to win’, said Terziev.
