Ludogorets realized a strong incoming transfer. The twelve-time champions attracted one of the best active Bulgarian footballers - Ivaylo Chochev from CSKA 1948. The two clubs successfully finalized the negotiations on the deal, with the midfielder now a footballer of the Eagles. He will be officially presented on Saturday (February 17) at 1:30 pm at the Huvepharma Arena stadium and will be available for the efbet League matches and the Bulgarian Cup tournament. Ludogorets has interest in Ivaylo Chochev for a long time, but the transfer became a fact only now, as the financial part of the deal satisfies the club.

The 30-year-old midfielder has a remarkable calling card. At clubs level, Chochev has 337 matches, 86 goals and 26 assists with the teams of Chavdar (Etropole), CSKA, Palermo, Pescara and CSKA 1948. For the national team, he has played 42 matches and scored 4 goals.

"I am happy with this transfer", was the first comment of Ivaylo Chochev. "I am coming to a big club and I believe that I will help the future success of Ludogorets", added the midfielder.
