"Betis plays technical football at a very high level and with a lot of possession, trying to use the space between the lines," Ludogorets coach Ante Simundza said at the press conference before the match with the Sevilla team. "The match will be quite different from our last opponent - Roma. We know that Italian and Spanish football are not the same. I don't know what they think. Betis rotate, they have several injuries. The opponent has a very quality team. Despite the injuries, the game doesn't change for them, they play the same way in Europe and the Spanish championship," commented the head coach of Ludogorets.
"We watched a video of the opponent. We have to implement the coach's plan. Let's see tomorrow. I also said about the match with Roma, it is not only a big victory for Ludogorets, but also for Bulgarian football in general. Let's hope that let's get a win and yes, there are negative results against Spanish teams, but that will change someday", said Kiril Despodov regarding the bad statistics of Bulgarian clubs against Spanish ones.
